3) Our Remote support staff is limited by the access restrictions of the user account that is logged into your computer at the time of connection.
4) By using the Remote Support functionality, you understand that you will be billed for a remote service call. The most updated fee schedule can always be located on our Service Offerings page.
5) It may be determined that an On Site Service Call is the only way to resolve the issue. In the event that an On Site Service Call is required, the remote technical support incident fee will be credited toward an On Site Service Call for this incident if the appointment is made within 10 business days. The most updated fee schedule can always be located on our Service Offerings page.
6) You may also purchase a service contract which will cover scheduled remote technical support maintenance sessions.
